An Aviator's Dream
One of our community's most unique features is a private 3200 ft. airstrip. It is located on the highest ridge in Deerfield at a field elevation of 1,361 ft. The airstrip is available to all of our homeowners and guests. Golfers also enjoy the experience of flying in for tee times, with a cart waiting when they arrive. Pilots have the option of taxiway home site or condominium, as well as the opportunity to own their own hangar. Airstrip homes and condos offer some of Deerfield's most breathtaking views of the mountains, lake and golf course.
